Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide sales support to the sales teams in all aspect (sales order processing, follow-up, delivery schedule and documentation...);
  • Communicate with client and factory for sales order processing, to ensure orders’ progress is on track and email correspondence;
  • Coordinate & handle OEM /ODM projects with design team and monitor the progress of product development / projects to achieve sales goals & manage client expectation;
  • Work closely with related parties for overall ordering process & handle ad hoc tasks as assigned;
  • Database management to prepare regular reports and insights on business performance, Sales & Marketing intelligence & others;
  • Take part in exhibition if needed;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  Requirements:

  • Diploma with at least 2-3 years relative jewellery working experience
  • Good communications skills in verbal and written Chinese, English & Mandarin
  • Knowledgeable on jewellery products and can handle product development projects would be an advantage
  • Experience in OEM/ODM preferred, Proficient in MS office, MS Excel & word processing
  • Good Multi-task & time management, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Positive, independent, diligent and self-motivated with good team player mindset
