Sales Manager (Logistics Real Estate)

Responsibilities

1. Assist in formulating and implementing leasing and asset management strategies for logistics centers, warehouses, and office buildings to achieve the company’s business objectives.
2. Manage logistics real estate sales transactions, including negotiating offers, finalizing agreements, and preparing sales documentation.
3. Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
4. Providing high-quality pre-sale and after-sale services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process.
5. Developing and maintaining strong long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients.
6. Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Business Management, Real Estate, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in leasing sales, with experience in logistics real estate given priority.
3. A team player, proactive, customer-oriented, positive working attitude and high integrity
4. Holder of EAA License is an advantage
5. Good negotiation and communication skills
6. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
