Sales & Marketing Manager (OEM/ODM-consumer electrical and electronic products)

Join a leading Hong Kong-based manufacturing group specialising in OEM/ODMconsumer electrical and electronic products, as well as electric micro-motors. We serve internationally renowned clients with manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen and Shaoguan City (China) and Johor Bahru (Malaysia). 

Job Descriptions:

• Work in the OEM/ODM/OBM consumer electrical and electronic products industry.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on OEM/ODM manufacturing services rather than product sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including RFQs, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, order fulfillment, and account receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams on technical developments, production scheduling, and resolution of design, testing, and engineering challenges to meet customer requirements.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new customers and expanding partnerships with existing clients.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required by the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in OEM/ODM sales and business development for consumer products such as small domestic appliances, baby care products, and toys.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively between customers and internal teams.
• Willing to travel occasionally (but not frequently).
• A more senior or junior title may be offered based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications
