Job Description
Bondale Electronics Ltd is a Hong Kong company with own factory in China.
This is a newly establish position in the company for expanding business for Greater China market
Handling Sales activities (Online / Offline) that covering the Greater China Market
Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Activities: Handle various sales activities, including exhibitions, new product launches, and promotions (online/offline)
- Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising: Manage product displays, inventory levels, and ensure products are presented effectively in both online and offline channels.
- Sample Follow-Up and Quotations: Follow up on samples, prepare quotations, and handle customer inquiries.
- Sales Channel Development: Develop new sales channels in the retail market, both online and offline.
- Order and Payment Management: Manage customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle payment processing.
- Support Sales Manager: Assist the Sales Manager with various sales activities and ad hoc duties.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Hong Kong office, Huizhou Sales office, and the factory in Huizhou City.
Requirements:
1) F.5 Or DSE Above
2) Good in communication for both English and Chinese in writing and speaking
3) MS Office is the basic
4) Occasional travel to China
5) Self-driven, result-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and possess positive working attitude
6) Around 2-3 years working experience in related field is an advantage.
7) Fit in small business company culture.
8) Familiar in Social Media (小紅書, Facebook, IG, etc) would be an advantage.
Remark:
1) Candidates with knowledge in consumer products will be consider with first priority.
2) Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Sales Officer
