Sales Operation Manager

We are a team under New Media Group 新傳媒集團 that runs a lifestyle platform Weekend Weekly 新假期 and a financial brand Economic Digest 經濟一週.  Each of our brands include a website, APP, social media, and e-commerce / paid subscription channel.

The role is to maximize the overall sales performance by providing prompt information and direction based on sales analysis and market monitoring.  Coordinate and assist the management of the sales team around 6-8 people.

Job Nature:  

• Track and monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met
• Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement action plans
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with the sales team for timely follow-up actions.
• Consolidate client follow-up lists and work with the sales team to identify potential segments and close sales gaps
• Ensure follow-up on agreed actions related to client development and new program sales
• Coordinate and lead monthly sales and content meetings
• Prepare simple sales packages based on upcoming content plans and product development
• Work with management on budgeting, client allocation, and setting sales targets

Characters / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Experience & knowledge of digital / social media is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
