Sales & Project Coordinator

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join HUFCOR Asia Pacific Ltd as a Sales & Project Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts for the company's building and construction products and services. Based in Tsuen Wan District, you will play a key part in the success of the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with Sales & Project team
• Support tender submissions
• Assist in sales promotion and provide quotations
• Provide sales and marketing support, including printing marketing materials
• Participate in customer meetings
• Prepare periodical report for monitor and management review
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or above
• 2 years plus relevant experience is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A positive attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Hands-on & Mature
• Friendly team player
