Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor day-to-day operation of Sales department including inventory management, order follow up, sales reports and monthly stock take.
• Strong generating the sales reports with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for coordinating with the vendor and logistic team to ensure on-time delivery of shipment to cope with customers schedule.
• Conduct marketing research, including market pricing and product information etc.
• Work closely with Finance team for handling payments and intercompany transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Assist to ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High diploma or above, preferably in Product, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in Electronic product
• Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
• Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP is essential).
• Good in conversation, written and comprehension of English and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
