(Senior) Clubhouse Officer (Tin Hau/ North Point)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform clubhouse daily operations management
• Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions
• Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance
• Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal
• Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• 3 years+ residential properties clubhouse experiences
• Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• 9 hours per day; 5 days per week
• Shift duty will be required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Clubhouse Officer
