Senior Coordinator (Project Development)

The job holder will work at our Financial Education Centre for the development of Elderly Financial Education and Financial Social Work Training Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the need of elder financial literacy and develop respective elderly financial literacy education content.
• Review our localized Financial Well-being Social Work Certification curriculum and enhance its distinctiveness.
• Identify and implement business model or collaboration model with strategic partner(s) for the curriculum that is advantageous for the sustainability and long-term growth of the project.
• Assess the possibility of applying for accreditation of training course(s) for Social Worker/Counsellor/Educator, review the feasibility and propose a roadmap.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Business/Project Management/Training and Development or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
• Good knowledge and experience of coordination and collaboration.
• Well-organized, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in the welfare sector an advantage.
