Job Description

Purpose of the Job

The job incumbent will be the ambassador of Porsche Service Centre to greet and serve customers, arrange bookings, and manage the reception area.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively provide quality service to customers and response to customers’ needs in Porsche Service Centre.
  • Handle incoming calls in relation to bookings, complaints, and enquiries in a professional & effective manner.
  • Assist manager in preparation of regular reports, roster plan, and leave management on time.
  • Maintain the Service Centre at a high standard at all times to ensure an amicable environment to customers, as well as fulfilling Principal standards and internal audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth operation and act as Cashier when needed.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in any related disciplines
  • Possess 4 years’ working experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field will be an advantage
  • Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Shift duty is required
