The job incumbent will be the ambassador of Porsche Service Centre to greet and serve customers, arrange bookings, and manage the reception area.
- Proactively provide quality service to customers and response to customers’ needs in Porsche Service Centre.
- Handle incoming calls in relation to bookings, complaints, and enquiries in a professional & effective manner.
- Assist manager in preparation of regular reports, roster plan, and leave management on time.
- Maintain the Service Centre at a high standard at all times to ensure an amicable environment to customers, as well as fulfilling Principal standards and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth operation and act as Cashier when needed.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
- Higher Diploma or above in any related disciplines
- Possess 4 years’ working experience in Hospitality / Tourism/ Customer Service field will be an advantage
- Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Shift duty is required
