Job Description

Your new role:
  • Manage commercial relationship with assigned clients to achieve individual sales target and KPIs, maximizing company revenue
  • Explore and identify potential business opportunities to strengthen the customer base
  • To follow and monitor the demand forecast and order status of clients
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Import, Marketing, Logistic and Operation, etc.) to develop sales strategy and plan
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion offer through data analysis and regular market visit
  • Lead the project group for organizing fruits festival for clients, product promotion planning, etc.
  • Oversee the team for strategic planning and initiate sales action plan to drive retail sales growth.
The Successful Applicant:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years+ of related working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Team player with strong communication, organization & analytical skills
  • Customer-focused, positive working attitude and fast-learner
  • Experience in managing a small team to hit assigned sales target
  • Able to have a flexible schedule as required by the business needs
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
