Senior Manager (Southeast Asia)

Responsibilities

• Lead to develop and execute digital marketing strategy for clients marketing their brands in Southeast Asian Countries
• Provide expert advice in digital marketing best practice to corporate clients targeting Southeast Asian market
• Experience coaching a team of digital marketers
• Provide ideas, insights and advice to clients on happenings in digital media
• Maintain regular conversations with existing clients on campaign performance and market opportunities 
• Explore new business opportunities 
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Business, Public Relation or related discipline
• At least 5 years solid experience in the marketing field, preferably in digital advertising or social media marketing in Southeast Asia
• Experience in marketing brands in Southeast Asian countries
• Extensive knowledge of the Southeast Asian countries social media landscape
• Strong leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong numeric and analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of research data
• Good business sense, target-oriented and strong client engagement
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results
