We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, come and be a part of our team!

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention
• Actively promote the development of local and overseas businesses, continuously expand market share, and build strong sales pipelines
• Oversee the management and optimization of our product to ensure effective customer segmentation, lead generation, and personalized marketing communications
• Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive engagement and conversions
• Coordinate and execute field marketing strategies, including organising trade shows, luncheons, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Utilize marketing data analytics to track campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with key internal partners to design and enhance initiatives including but not limited to new product launches, positioning, and feedback loop
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing, digital platforms and AI, and identify opportunities to leverage them for business growth
   

Who You're

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with 1+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree holder or above, preferably majoring in Marketing or related disciplines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience in digital and field marketing - web, social media, SEO, SEM, content, e-mail marketing, promotional events, trade shows, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Solid knowledge in planning and executing successful field marketing campaigns and managing event logistics
• Previous engagement in the IT software and event industries, and SaaS products preferred, having engagement for overseas marketing is a plus
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptive, an innovator and a detail-minded individual

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Marketing Director
