Job Description

Role & Responsibilities 

  • Performing full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll administration, MPF, medical insurance, performance appraisal & etc. 
  • Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews.
  • Determine appropriate recruitment channels, prepare job advertisements, contact recruitment agencies etc.
  • Provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices.
  • Maintain communications with line managers and employees and deal with issues and concerns
  • Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested.
  • Assist in studies related to job design and organizational structure, and make recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in the internal job title system management of the whole company, according to market trends and business priorities, continuously improve and optimize the Job family/grade/level design. 
  • Assist to organize company functions and activities.
  • Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned. 
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Human Resources.

 

Requirements 
 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience is required.(Experience in the IT industry or Talent Acquisition is a bonus)
  • Good understanding of EO and other HR-related legislations. 
  • Ability to multi-tasks and work under pressure. 
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office application. 
  • Ability to work independently.
