Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR services in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, on/off boarding arrangement, etc.
- Provide secretarial support for committees
- Required to perform data collection and report compilation
- Update and maintain the human resources data base and personnel records
- Any other tasks as assigned by superiors
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-3 years' or more relevant working experience in HR field
- Conversant of the HK Employment Ordinance
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese / Mandarin
