Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration Services

  • Deliver comprehensive office administration services, encompassing office cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Implementing administration policies and systems to meet operational requirements
  • Handle the management of office space, facilities, and maintenance of office equipment to ensure a seamless working environment.
  • Support in overseeing office aesthetics and monitoring office expenditures.
  • Promote Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and well-being in the office

2. Company Vehicle Management

  • Oversee the management of company vehicles, which includes coordinating driver schedules, renewing licenses, and overseeing general maintenance.

3. Company Quarter

  • Assist in the management of company quarter and coordinate maintenance tasks with Facility Management Office (FMO) when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with 5 years’ experience in all-round office administration role
  • Prior experience in large-scale companies 
  • Experience in handling PRC/HK licenses and insurance are advantageous
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and good team player
  • Familiar with using Excel, PowerPoint, Words
  • Ability to work with people at different levels
  • Immediate available / Short notice is preferred
