Senior Property Officer / Property Officer (Holder of Tier 2 License) (5-Day Work Week)

•       Supervise the performance of cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors

•       Oversee the repair and maintenance conditions of the properties

•       Handle complaints and enquiries of the customer

•       Attend regular meetings with Owners Committee and liaise with government bodies

•       Diploma or above, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines 

•       Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License is preferred

•       At least 5 years' relevant working experience in management of large scale residential premises
