Job Description
Brief description of the position:
Responsible for the expansion of market share (European and American markets)through the sale development in a defined territory and grow sales in new and existing accounts. Must be capable of providing solutions to customer product requirements particularly. English as a working language.
1. Define new customer or critical markets in the territory, plan strategy and develop relationships.
2. Maintain and promote relationships with key customer contacts who may be determining new product opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
3. Follow up customer inquires, provide quotations and sales proposals.
4. Leading buy trips, work with sourcing team to provide market analysis and decide the items /factories development strategy.
5. Attend sales meetings, prepare sales presentations, and be able to speak in fluent English
6. Ability to resolve customer service conflicts with professionalism and consistent application of company policy.
7. Build up strong team work spirit & high productivity
8. Prepare Monthly Reports to keep sales manager well informed of status of all upcoming programs.
Profile requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree of Marketing or Business English is a MUST. Oversea study or working experience is preferred.
2. 3+ years Sales experience in foreign trade business
3. Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
4. Aggressive ,Proactive & task oriented.
5. Must be willing to work hard and be self-motivated.
6. Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
