Job Description

  • Prepare Invoices and Accounts
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare monthly billing report
  • Provide administrative supports to Sales Team
  • Filing / Keeping records of sales figures
  • Handle ad-hoc project as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Form 5 graduate or above, LCCI Level 1
  • Relevant working experience is an advantage 
  • Sensitive to numbers & good mathematical skill    
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Reasonable command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Mature, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Well organized, detail-minded and quick response
  • Able to work under pressure
