Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of receptionist staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service to all guests
- Train and motivate receptionists to provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests from VIP guests
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management and reception staff, relaying important information and updates
- Ensure that the reception area is well-maintained and that all necessary supplies are stocked
- Develop protocols for managing VIP guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, special amenities, and personalized services
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise at the front desk, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain records of guest interactions and staff performance, providing feedback to management for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years in customer service, preferably in a VIP or luxury environment
- Good spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua will be an advance
- Experience in team supervision and staff training
- Handle matters related to site safety, quality assurance, health and environmental management
- Excellent people management practices with good communication skills
- Computer literate especially MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Immediate available is preferred
Working Hour:
Mondays to Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
(Except Sundays and Public Holidays, Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted)
