We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Information Technology Office:
Systems Analyst (ITO) - (Ref: 24002J9)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Developing, implementing, and supporting the University’s Website, Mobile Apps, and Web Content Management Systems;
- Providing user training, system support, and system documentation; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or a related discipline;
- At least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure in Web Applications / Mobile Apps development;
- With hands-on skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Python, jQuery and Oracle Database;
- Being a fast learner with a can-do attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are required;
- Solid experience in any Low code development platforms (e.g. Power Platforms, OutSystems) would be an advantage; and
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient in both English & Chinese.
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
