Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your role
- Assist to oversee the daily operations and lead the team to exceed key performance measures in concierge service, in alignment with the company’s business direction;
- Provide support and guidance to the team members, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Build up a trustworthy service to the customer
- Take initiatives to review service procedures, identify training needs and facilitate the roll-out process to ensure a smooth adaptation
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the team operates in compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines
To succeed in this role
- Matriculated/ Diploma holder with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the customer service field or travel industry, of which at least one year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (Japanese is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving solving and decision-making skills
- Keen interest in lifestyle living & travelling
- Knowledge of mobile / travel products is an added advantage
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Shift duty is required
