Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and support to clients
- Source repair and maintenance quotations from contractors
- Supervise repairs and maintenance works in the property portfolio
- Implement and monitor on-site construction, renovation and improvement projects
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above in building services engineering, surveying, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in property maintenance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, responsible, and have lots of initiative
