Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Provide helpdesk support and technical services
- Perform daily Server / LAN operation and maintenance job
- Assist in enhance and trobleshoot LAN / WAN infrastructure
- Perform IT tasks such as network and server administration and support, system checking, backup and report generation
- Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
- Outdoor work is required occasionally

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or above
- 2 -3 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Experience  relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Windows Exchange Server)
- Experience in Web Server and Firwall preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10,  and Outlook is a MUST
- Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Intruder Detection, Anti-Virus and Anti-Spamming, etc
-  Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions is an advantage
- Knowledge with Linux will be added advantage
- Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with end users
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese
- Immediately available preferred
