Job Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the products and services
- Update and record outbound call information in the system
- Address customer inquiries professionally
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above
- 2 years working experience in sales, telemarketing or customer services
- Polite, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
