Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the products and services
  • Update and record outbound call information in the system
  • Address customer inquiries professionally
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above
  • 2 years working experience in sales, telemarketing or customer services
  • Polite, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
