Telesales Officer(Full-time/Part-time)

Job Description

- Provide latest promotional offers to existing members via phone call

- Work closely with the sales team to maintain member’s re-purchase and spending

- Establish and maintain good relationship with members

- Support daily operations and ad-hoc task if any

Requirements

- DSE graduate or equivalent education or above

- XNUMX year or above sales experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred

- Aggressive, self-disciplined, team spirit and sense of responsibility

- Good oral and written Chinese
