Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls for general customer service enquiries, offer phone insurance enrolment services and policy retention activities
  • Manage email correspondence & address customer enquiries
  • Maintaining professional and good image to customer on providing business services
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • Must qualified with IIQE Paper 1 and 2
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, Chinese typing skill is preferred
  • PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
