Requirements 

  • University student
  • At least 1 year or above working experience in the customer services field
  • Good communication skills and competence in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
  • Hands-on PC skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Possess problem-solving skills and good listening skills to tailor the best solution according to Customers and potential Customers' needs
  • Pleasant & capable to work under pressure
  • Attention to details with positive attitude and high integrity
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work on shift duty (Day Time)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
