THE SWANK, Hong Kong’s first multi-brand luxury fashion house is currently seeking for a high caliber candidate to join our team.

 Job Description 職責:
 

• Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with customers 提供優質顧客服務、與顧客建立及維繫良好關係
• Maximize the profit by achieving or excessing shop sales target 提升顧客對品牌及服務的滿意度, 從而達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標
• Handle customer's enquiries or complaints 專業解決顧客需求
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time 協助處理日常店務工

Job Requirements 職位要求:
 

• F.5 or above with 1 year' experience in fashion retail 中五程度,具有1年或以上時裝零售經驗
• Proactive, service-oriented and passion for fashion 積極主動、注重顧客服務及對時裝有熱誠
• Excellent selling, communication and interpersonal skills 良好的銷售、溝通及人際交往技巧
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin 流利廣東話,良好普通話及英語
• Should be a team player 注重團隊精神
• Work Location: Causeway Bay  工作地點: 銅鑼灣
