Tender Project and Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the projects of Government tender and prepare relevant documents and procurement plan according to the tender projects
• Collect and retrieve of tender document from the Government, Hospital Authority and other public and private institutes
• Issue notification of potential tender to principal for tender and condition
• Preparing of tender document according to principal approval evidence inspection
• Arrange tender prompt submission before tender closing time
• Record and handle filing of tender result

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or other discipline 
• With at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer services or procurement area 
• Highest integrity and shown confidentiality
• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC skills in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
