Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying and quantifying opportunities within the assigned territory and leading the sales effort.
• Manages all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Manages and develops relationships with major accounts at all levels. 
• New accounts development.
• Delivers on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Presentation of solutions and proposals to prospects.
• Understanding customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and forming long term business partnerships 
• Involved in communication with customers on product changes/upgrades, product innovations, and general company policy changes.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineer regarding technical requirements for specific opportunities. 
• Drive demand generation through appropriate channel and marketing support mechanisms.
• Participate and represent the company at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
• Provides accurate and reliable sales forecast.
• Provides weekly reports on sales activities, presents quarterly territory plans and reviews.  
• Other duties as assigned.
 

Requirements:

• University degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience in selling IT solutions in Hong Kong. Experience focused in any specific sector(s) like Banking & Finance/Government/Utilities/HealthCare/Hotel a plus.
• Experience in selling IT security solutions or Cloud/Network Solution is preferable.
• Experience in selling to large enterprises is an advantage.
• Proven track record in selling IT solutions and growing revenue.
• Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels and the implementation of the account plans.  
• Good presentation skills, capable of articulating technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels.
• Knowledge in application security domain will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in cloud and network environment.
• Pro-active team player.
• Capable of working independently under sales objectives assigned.
• Good interpersonal skills, with self-motivated personality.
• Willing to take on challenging work.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Chinese and English.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
