Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operation and administrative duties related to first aid training courses.
  • Organize and conduct first aid training programmes and promotional activities to the target population.
  • Assist the team to develop promotion and marketing materials.
  • Supervise volunteers for service / training delivery.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager to communicate with different stakeholders including volunteers, sponsors, community partners, etc.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager to prepare reports for internal reference or for subvention bodies.
  • Provide support to activities / events / projects of Agency or Training Centre.
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager and / or Deputy Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
  • 2 years relevant working experience is preferred, University graduate with less experience will also be considered
  • Possess of First Aid Certificate is an advantage
  • Excellent customer servicing attitude and communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)  
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Office), knowledge of design and audio-visual software is an advantage
