Key Responsibilities
• In charge of office renovation exercise from selection of vendors, lease negotiation, office layout planning & design, renovation schedule, procurements of office equipment in accordance with guidelines, moving calendar, office safety, etc.;
• Always work closely with internal departments to provide daily administrative support;
• Monitor the performance of contractors such as office cleaning, office equipment, courier services & general administrative suppliers, etc.;
• Provide full administrative services to supervisor to negotiate contract either new or renewal on general office items such, printer & copier, cleaning services, general office services, etc.;
• Perform and review regular check up on various equipment and administration of maintenance contracts;
• Handle procurement of necessities, sourcing vendors with competitive pricing in accordance with internal procurement guidelines and procedures;
• Responsible for maintaining the cost control items to database, and arrange payment;
• Co-ordinate & conduct fire drill, office safety inspection & fire service maintenance;
Requirements
• Higher Diploma or Degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant experience;
• Must be flexible in working after office hours due to sudden ad hoc requests;
• Detail-orientated, hardworking and teamwork;
• Possess a nice, polite and pleasant personality and like to meet with people;
• Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner;
• Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
