Visual Merchandiser / Project Coordinator

Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality control, logistic.

• Support VM material sourcing, production, assets logistic, project scheduling & installation
• To assist and supervise site activities and liaise with clients, landlords and suppliers
• Develop the communication documents, eg. VM guideline and installation reports.
• Occasionally production inspection & site work installation

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Project Coordination or Visual Merchandising, understand output & production.
• Experienced in Store Design, Pop Up Event & Visual Merchandising is an advantage
• Excellent in time management and can meet tight schedules.
• Pro-active & multi-tasking, willing to learn & ability to work individually
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Organised and detail minded
• Knowledge in 2D & 3D software - Adobe & Sketch Up is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
