Responsibilities 

Sales and Revenue Generation

• Develop retail channel to provide auction clients retail products including wine, spirits and cigars
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling products to existing and new customers
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand the customer base
• Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits
• Host provide dinners and tastings to generate sales

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retailers and distributors
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to secure repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

3. Product Knowledge

• Maintain a d deep understanding or the wine portfolio, including varietals, regions, vintages, and production methods
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics
• Educate client about wine, spirits and cigar tastings

4. Inventory and Order Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to clients
• Process orders accurately and efficiently coordinating with logistics and distribution teams
• Track sales performance and provide reports to management

Requirements 

• Five year’s wine sales experience minimum
• Proven experience in wine and spirits sales
• Obtain wine and spirits client database
• Experience in start-up company and setting up new projects
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented, pro-active problem solver, attentive to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with a broad variety of clients.
• Fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
