Business Analyst - Copilot / Automation Implementation

Project Overview: TechForce is undertaking an AI & Automation implementation project for a large conglomerate with retail and service business components across multiple complex business challenges. We seek a talented Business Analyst with substantial experience in Automation, AI, and Chatbot implementation to join our team and ensure seamless integration.

Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our AI & Automation implementation project. You will work closely with various business units to gather requirements, write user stories, and create detailed functional documentation. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential in following up with the business to ensure the successful implementation of the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and workflows.
• Analyze and map out current and future state business processes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the technical team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
• Coordinate with business analysts and business users to ensure seamless integration of AI and automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the service and retail industry.
• Strong understanding of business systems and implementation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write detailed functional documentation and user stories.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to follow up with the business.
• Experience with AI, ChatBot, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, or RPA is a plus.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI-driven tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
