Job and Mission Overview:

We intend to bring in a dedicated and passionate Health Partner to assist and support the team. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated to contribute to the health and wellness industry and committed to providing exceptional customer services to the clients. You will grow along with Virtus in our expansion from Hong Kong to Asia Pacific.
Principal Activities:

Conduct and assist adult clients to complete health assessments;

Introduce and assist clients in accessing non-pharmacological personalised, multimodal interventions related to healthy ageing;

Advocate the programmes and services of the centre to the clients based on their healthcare needs and quest for longevity;

Manage daily administrative duties including client appointment booking, registration, record keeping, handle client enquiries, promotion, marketing and other relevant tasks as instructed by the centre manager and business leaders;

Collaborate with other healthcare partners and community organizations to coordinate care and services;

Prepare and ensure a safe, tidy, and hygienic environment and ensure safety of all users and report when necessary;

Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance including stock taking and procurement process.
Preferred Attributes/ Exposure:
-
High school diploma or equivalent;
-
Holder of Physiotherapy Assistant Certificate/Healthcare related Certificate/Personal Trainer Certificate/Sport Coach, and previous experience in customer service would be an advantage;

Strong interpersonal skills, a good communicator and listener, attentive to details, self-motivated and initiative and with a sense of responsibility;

Customer-centric, focus on finding solutions, hungry for making a positive impact, willing to go extra-mile in providing the best quality of care and services;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Proficient in basic computer skills required, electronic health record systems preferred;

Flexible work schedule, including weekends;

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Command of Putonghua would be an advantage.
