Scrum Master

DB Results is currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to manage multiple digital projects. Key responsibilities:

• Ensure effective sprint planning with multiple scrum teams for all existing enhancements and backlog. 

• Work with multiple product owners to ensure digital products are delivering to business value and achieve target KPIs.

• Build a model and hiring requirement for the scrum team

• Facilitating and supporting scrum events like daily standups, retrospectives etc.

• Ensures technical debt are well managed in scrum teams. This includes manage and make use of various execution metrics (i.e. sprint velocity, burn up etc.) if required.

• Work with multiple product owners to plan the product release schedule and backlog

• Continuous integration and release management

• Planning the transition to BAU operations and conducting knowledge transfer

Competencies and Experience Required 

• Over 5 years of working experience in relevant Services Industry (2 – 3 yeas focus in working as Scrum Master) with working multiple projects in parallel

• Proven track record in building a model for Scrum Team and ensuring digital projects are delivering to business value and achieving target KPIs. 

• Previous digital & agile project experience is required 

• Previous eCommerce project experience will be an advantage

• Previous project management experience will be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership skills 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese & English 

• Degree qualified, preferably in Business, IT, Operations Management or related disciplines

• PSM (Professional Scrum Master) level 2 (or equivalent) or above will be an advantage
