Responsibilities that will ignite your passion:

• Act as the focal point of Xiaohongshu campaign management and consultative partner for key clients and provide tailored services; work closely and maintain long-term relationships with their senior management;
• Provide strategy direction and formulate brand content strategies on Xiaohongshu that align with the clients’ brand identity and foster brand loyalty;
• Coordinate and integrate internal and external resources to facilitate and ensure client satisfaction and business KPIs are met;
• Supervise a small team and ensure the daily operation and management of clients’ XHS account, handle public relations incidents when necessary, and proactively maintain the client's brand image;
• Communicate with and manage external working partners such as media platforms and MCN, etc.; supervise their work and provide timely feedback for adjustments to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.

Core Requirements that make you a perfect fit:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital media agencies with solid exposure in strategy planning and operation management of China social media projects including Xiaohongshu.
• Experience in building and managing social media accounts for corporate executives/celebrities is an advantage;
• Solid experience in and understanding of the entire operation and process of PR projects, sophisticated in working and communicating effectively with media partners.
• Sophisticated with Xiaohongshu’s ecosystem, content audit and regulations.
• Proven track record in leading team on  the implementation of Xiaohongshu campaigns
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Outgoing and independent, passionate about digital and China media.
