Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads from the Social Welfare Department into clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.   
  • Maintain diplomatic and professional communication with the Social Welfare Department and other stakeholders.   
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system, complying with organizational and regulatory standards.   
  • Assist in operational tasks, including documentation and process improvements, to ensure smooth project execution.   
  • Work towards achieving revenue targets and improving conversion rates.   
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
     

Qualifications: 

  • 1 -2 year  of experience in sales or project management or operation, preferably in healthcare or elderly care.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for sales or project management are welcome.
  • Strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with government bodies (eg: Social Welfare Department) 
  • Ability to visit clients at their locations and understand their requirements.
  • Basic understanding of operational workflows and compliance requirements
