Retail Assistant (3 months' contract)

Scope of Work

To provide administrative and customer support to the AP House/ Boutique.

Focus on delivering highest levels of customer service to all clientele in the absence of the after Client Consultant or as needed.

Maintain optimal communication with the Service Centre.

Provide operational support for marketing events taking place in the AP House/ Boutique (products presentation & launches, customer care) under Marketing department’s supervision.

Assist to send out re-connect emails to achieve opt-in from clients in our database.

To assist with ad hoc duties of AP House/ Boutique.
