Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage the e-commerce team to set and achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Align, develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy with brands to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Oversee one retail brand's on-line platforms and website update
  • Analyze the data, traffic, customer behaviour & marketing campaigns; in order to optimize the digital store performance and develop online strategies.
  • Monitor the daily sales operations processes, including sales forecast, outbound, logistics and inventory.
  • Communicate with brand representatives to understand their needs and upcoming development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams with brand and internal teams, to ensure that e-commerce activities align with overall business objectives.
  • Examine promotion settings by UAT, and secure prices and offers accuracy by checking on-site once campaigns launched.
  • Responsible for eCommerce daily operations including but not limited to product listing & modification, promotion launch & setting, campaign management, daily report, inventory planning & logistics and content preparation.
  • Provide training and monitoring teammates to complete daily operations and target
  • Manage and control team's expense and budget
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or above in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Ecommerce, with supervisor or management experience is an advantage.
  • Good command of leadership, with strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.
  • Strong market sense and able to work under pressure and with ability to multi-tasking.
  • Well-organized, hands-on, detail-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand customer's needs.
  • Problem-solving skills in e-commerce industry, proposing suggestions and alternatives proactively.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Proficient in excel; Intermediate level of other Microsoft Office skills.
  • Immediate is highly preferred
