Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the whole purchasing process including but not limited to issue purchase orders, check stock availability, monitor order & shipment status and prepare shipping documentation
- Liaise with suppliers and shipment companies regularly for daily operation
- Prepare sales reports and review order plans & monitor sales volumes to identify fast moving, stock shortages and slow-moving items
- Enter data into the ERP system, including product information, purchase orders and updated status
- Work closely with sales team for delivery schedule and product information update
- Collaborate with accounts department to facilitate LC and TT payments to suppliers
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or higher in business related discipline
- Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing field, preferably in retail / automobile related industry
- Strong skills in MS Excel and Word
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English able to communicate confidently in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Less experience will be considered for the post ofPurchasing Clerk.
