Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the whole purchasing process including but not limited to issue purchase orders, check stock availability, monitor order & shipment status and prepare shipping documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and shipment companies regularly for daily operation
  • Prepare sales reports and review order plans & monitor sales volumes to identify fast moving, stock shortages and slow-moving items
  • Enter data into the ERP system, including product information, purchase orders and updated status
  • Work closely with sales team for delivery schedule and product information update
  • Collaborate with accounts department to facilitate LC and TT payments to suppliers

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or higher in business related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing field, preferably in retail / automobile related industry
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English able to communicate confidently in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Less experience will be considered for the post ofPurchasing Clerk
