主要職責:
處理客戶查詢和投訴
透過電話聯絡會員邀請續會及推加產品銷售
無需 cold call,由公司提拱客戶聯絡資料
工作時間:
上班時間 9am 至 6pm
長短週工作
逢星期日及銀行假期休息
入職要求:
中五或以上程度
具備熱線電話投訴處理或電話銷售經驗者優先
良好人際關係及溝通技巧
積極主動,獨立解決問題
操流利廣東話,英語及普通話

以專業態度有效處理來電查詢及致電客人;
Follow up & ensure appropriate services & support given to clients
跟進及確保客人獲得適切服務
Assist to handle client complaints, report to supervisor in time and provide appropriate follow up and action
協助處理客戶投訴個案,即時向上司匯報及作出適當跟進;
Promote and encourage clients to use our product & service regularly;
推廣及鼓勵客人定期使用公司產品及服務;
Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving operations & service levels;
主動回饋有關改善客戶服務及流程之建議;
Provide clerical duties and support Ad-hoc customer service duties as assigned;
提供一般文書工作(如: 資料輸入、存檔等)及支援客戶服務相關工作;
Requirements入職要求
5 or above
中五或以上程度
1 to 2 years working experience in customer service
一至兩年客戶服務工作經驗
Experience in call center or complaints handling is highly preferred;
具備熱線電話處理或投訴處理經驗者優先;
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese, communicative level of English and Mandarin;
流利廣東話及書寫中文,一般英語及普通話;
Good in interpersonal and communication skills
良好人際關係及溝通技巧
Self-motivated, independent, problem solving skills
積極主動,獨立,解決問題;
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing
熟悉電腦操作,必須懂得中文打字(倉頡或速成)及文書處理
