Sales and Operation Director銷售總監

Responsibilities:

• Direct report to Deputy Manager
• Ensure the achievement of store sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency.
• Manage and lead the sales staffs to actively drive and maximize sales.
• Initiate sales strategy and explore new opportunities to stimulate sales growth & increase competitiveness.
• Responsible for all new stores planning and explore potential location and liaison with landlord.
• Lead team to deliver excellent clienteling shopping experience and ensure customer retention rate.
• Manage and analysis client’s data and initiate strategy to lead business success.
• Implement and involve branding and marketing monthly event and activities.
• To interact with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at shop level.
• Provide structured feedback on standard operation procedure and people development.
• Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years relevant experience in which 2 years at first-in charge level in retail, experienced talent will be considered as Sales and Operations Director. (Welcome for store management level talent)
• Sales driven oriented, strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform multitasks under pressure.
• Good planning skill organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Office base.
