- Procurement with overseas Principals.
- Assist Sales Team on local and overseas customers.
- Data entry in ERP system, documents preparation such as: Purchase order, Sales Confirmation, delivery note, debit note, invoice, packing list, quotation
- Draft / send / reply emails assigned by supervisor.
- Research and reach out to overseas suppliers under supervisor’s instructions
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Provide administrative and clerical work support
- Market trend analysis
Requirements:
- 3 year working experience in FMCG or food industry is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good inter-personal skills, pleasant personality and independent
- Immediate available is preferable
