Job Description
- Responsible for FMCG brands and products (online and offline marketing, sales performance, pricing strategy, inventory control).
- Identify proper media platforms and sales channels to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare marketing plan, budget allocation and sales forecasts.
- Develop impact and effective KOLs, celebrities, online content, advertising, video strategy with regular performance review.
- Regular communication with retail channels to ensure proper execution of promotions and brand consistency.
- Participate in identifying and developing new business strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns, industry trends and prepare performance reports.
- Regular markets and store visits to ensure offline marketing campaigns, POP and POSM are in place
- Assist in company's event on a regular basis if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Social media marketing experience.
- 3-4 year work experience in FMCGs. (prefer in health supplement industries)
- Knowledge in using various digital media platforms (such as Google analytics, Google adwords, Facebook ad manager etc).
- Strong analytic skills in digital advertisement performance.
- Command of graphic design software (such as PS, AI etc) is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Conversational Mandarin a plus.
- University graduate will be considered as Marketing Executive if background and internship experience matched.
- Immediate availability preferred.
