Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities
- Leverage your industry expertise and network to uncover potential clients and partners.
2. Outreach and Prospecting:
- Demonstrate a proactive and aggressive approach to outreach and prospecting
- Utilize effective communication skills to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and work towards mutually beneficial partnerships
- Possess the ability to engage with clients, prepare persuasive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Ensure exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor
4. Collaborative Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and analytics, to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Monitor project delivery, campaign performance, and alignment with the company's overall business objectives
5. Target Achievement:
- Consistently work towards and achieve your assigned sales targets
- Demonstrating a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to the organization's growth and success.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3-5 years of business development/sales experience in the digital, media, or advertising industry
Key Strengths:
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Ability to develop successful business strategies
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and energetic
- Good team player
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Note: Less experienced candidates will be considered as Business Development Executive
