Job Responsibility

• Responsible for the execution of sports events, including the preparation, execution, summarization, and write the event summary report;
• Able to formulate the system and schedule of the event, and coordinate various organizations and personnel to register ensuring the smooth running of the event.
• Responsible for liaising with tournament units to carry out implementation and coordination to achieve the desired objectives and results;
• Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the event and proposing solutions promptly according to the requirements and changes of the event;
• Solve problems arising on site, respond to emergencies, and do a good job of community operation and management;
• Assist in the organization, planning, and execution of event promotional activities;
• Assist in business development related to the event.

Job Requirements

• Understanding of the operational protocols of sports events. Experience in the planning and management of major sports events and cultural activities;
• At least 1 year of experience in the cultural industry, event company, or in related field;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, good communication skills, and the ability to plan and coordinate;
• Passionate about sports, meticulous, good comprehension and execution ability
