GRAMS28 - 全職男裝皮具店鋪售貨員- Full Time Luxury Brand Store Sale Associate

Duty:

• Assist with daily operations and activities of the retail store
• Support inventory monitoring, replenishment, and visual displays
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Maintain the store's presentation and uphold brand standards for product knowledge and selling processes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Note: Commission is offered for store sales.

Requirement:

• Form 5 / Secondary School Diploma or above
• Friendly, talkative, and customer-focused with good communication skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible
• Retail work experience is preferred, but not required
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua with effective communication and interpersonal skills

工作內容：

• 協助零售店的日常運作
• 支援庫存監控、補貨以及店內陳列管理
• 以專業和禮貌的態度處理顧客查詢、投訴和要求
• 達成個人銷售目標並為整體店鋪業績作出貢獻
• 維持店鋪的陳列標準，確保產品知識和銷售流程符合品牌要求
• 與團隊成員合作，確保店鋪運作順暢

工作要求：

• 中五/中學文憑或以上程度
• 友善健談，以客為先，具良好溝通技巧
• 主動、積極及有責任心
• 有零售工作經驗者優先，無經驗亦可
• 良好的中、英文及普通話口語能力，具有效的溝通及人際交往技巧
